Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition Strategy:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with Awfis’s business goals.
  • Partner with leadership to understand workforce requirements and forecast hiring needs.

End-to-End Recruitment:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
  • Leverage multiple sourcing channels such as job boards, professional networks, social media, and employee referrals to identify top talent.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to define job requirements and ensure alignment on hiring expectations.
  • Provide regular updates and insights on hiring progress and market trends to stakeholders.

Employer Branding:

  • Enhance Awfis’s employer brand through targeted campaigns and participation in industry events, job fairs, and campus hiring initiatives.
  • Promote a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Recruitment Metrics & Reporting:

  • Track and analyze key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
  • Provide actionable insights to optimize the recruitment process and improve efficiency.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment processes and adopt innovative tools and technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor laws in all recruitment practices.

Diversity & Inclusion:

  • Promote diversity and inclusion in hiring practices to build a diverse workforce.
  • Implement initiatives to attract underrepresented talent pools.
