Fair Future Overseas Educational Consultancy is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our Thrissur branch. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education consultancy, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for helping students achieve their dreams of studying abroad.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Branch Leadership: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Thrissur branch, ensuring high levels of productivity, client satisfaction, and financial performance.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of educational consultants, support staff, and administrative personnel to achieve branch goals.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions, providing expert guidance on study abroad options and processes.
  • Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement sales strategies to attract and retain clients, driving the growth of the branch. Organize and participate in educational fairs, seminars, and webinars to promote our services.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand the branch’s reach and influence in the local market.
  • Compliance: Ensure the branch operates in accordance with company policies, industry regulations, and local laws. Manage documentation, contracts, and other compliance-related activities.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on branch performance, client feedback, and market trends for the senior management team. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Education, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications in education consultancy is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the education consultancy industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record in sales, business development, and client relationship management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • In-depth knowledge of study abroad programs, visa processes, and international education trends.
