This is not just a lead generation role — it’s aconsultative sales functionfor someone who understands how AI and business applications transform organizations.About the Role You’ll be thefrontline voiceof Recrivio’s AI Business Solutions team — responsible for engaging decision-makers across industries, understanding their transformation goals, and creating qualified opportunities for our enterprise solution consultants. You’ll combine your understanding of business applications, cloud ecosystems, and AI trends to craft intelligent outreach strategies and accelerate Recrivio’s growth in the Microsoft partner ecosystem.Key Responsibilities Driveoutbound prospectingacross mid-market and enterprise accounts using a mix of calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach. Research and identify target accounts, map decision-makers, and understand business priorities inIT, Cloud, Operations, and Transformationfunctions. Conduct consultative conversations to uncoverCRM, ERP, or process automation needsaligned to Recrivio’s Microsoft Cloud offerings. Qualify leads and schedule high-quality discovery calls, demos, or workshops with the enterprise sales and solution teams. Collaborate with marketing to convert inbound and campaign-generated leads into qualified pipeline. Maintain accurate CRM hygiene and track engagement metrics, conversion ratios, and opportunity progress. Share insights onmarket trends, customer challenges, and competitive positioningto strengthen go-to-market strategies. Support the overall sales process by preparing solution briefs, follow-up proposals, and engagement summaries.What You Bring 2–6 yearsof experience in Inside Sales, SDR, or Business Development roles withinIT services, SaaS, or Cloud/ERP/CRMdomains. Exposure toMicrosoft Cloud, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Low-Codetechnologies is a strong plus. Understanding ofAI-led digital transformationand its business impact. Proven track record of generating qualified enterprise pipeline and exceeding outreach KPIs. Excellent communication, storytelling, and objection-handling skills. Proficiency with sales tools such asLinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Apollo, or Outreach.
