Presales Solution Architect – Cloud, Infrastructure & Automation Location:Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad |Experience:10+ Years |Employment Type:Full-time About the Role We are expanding our Presales & Solutions team and are looking for a highly skilledPresales Solution Architectwith deep expertise inCloud, Infrastructure, and Automation . The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end presales solutioning for Cloud Transformation, Infrastructure Automation, and Managed Services opportunities — working closely with Sales, Delivery, and Practice teams to develop winning solutions, proposals, and client presentations. Key Responsibilities Lead thesolution design, estimation, and architecturefor large-scale Cloud, Data Center, and Infrastructure Managed Services deals. Buildautomation-driven operational modelsleveraging Infrastructure-as-Code, AIOps, and DevOps toolchains. Develop high-qualityproposals, response decks, and client presentationsarticulating technical and business value. Collaborate withAWS, Azure, and GCP partnersto create differentiated Cloud and Automation offerings. Conductclient discovery workshops , due diligence sessions, and transition planning exercises. Translate customer business challenges intoscalable architectures and operating models . Partner with Delivery teams to ensure solutions are executable, cost-effective, and aligned with capability strengths. Support bid defenses, orals, and client presentations with strong storytelling and executive communication. Skills & Experience 15+ years in IT Infrastructure, Cloud, or Automation, including at least 5+ years in aPresales or Solution Architectrole. Strong understanding ofCloud migration ,Infra-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible) ,DevOps ,AIOps , andService Management . Experience in buildingTCO/ROI models , solution decks, and value propositions. ExcellentEnglish communication, proposal writing, and presentation skills– non-negotiable. Strong ability to simplify complex technology concepts and present them effectively to CXO-level audiences. Certifications such asAWS/Azure Architect ,ITIL , orTOGAFpreferred.
