Our mission is to build scalable, secure, and AI-ready infrastructures for our clients across diverse industries.Role OverviewThe Presales Azure Data & AI Architect will play a pivotal role in driving customer engagement and solution design for Azure-based data and AI initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise in Azure cloud data services with strong client communication skills to design, present, and support solution proposals that align with business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead technical discovery sessions with enterprise clients to understand data modernization, analytics, and AI requirements.Design end-to-end Azure Data and AI architectures, including data lakes, data warehouses, and machine learning pipelines.Create and present solution architectures, POCs, and demos in collaboration with Microsoft and internal sales teams.Partner with account executives to develop RFP responses, proposals, and cost estimates for Azure Data & AI projects.Advise clients on architectural best practices, governance, and modernization strategies using Azure services.Support go-to-market (GTM) activities by producing technical collateral, reference architectures, and client playbooks.Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure seamless transition from presales design to implementation.Required Skills and Experience8+ years of experience in data engineering, AI solution architecture, or presales consulting roles.Deep hands-on knowledge ofAzure Data & AI stack , including:Azure Synapse Analytics, Data Factory, Databricks, and Fabric.Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, and OpenAI Service.Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, and storage solutions.Strong understanding of data governance, security, and MLOps frameworks on Azure.Proficiency in designing cloud cost models and TCO analyses.Proven experience in client presentations and solution storytelling.Preferred certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure Data Engineer Associate.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Why Ironbook AIWork with top-tier enterprise clients on next-generation data and AI transformation projects.Collaborative remote-first culture focused on innovation and learning.Competitive compensation and opportunities to influence large-scale AI initiatives.
