UNIV is looking for a dynamic, proactive, and result-oriented Sponsorship Manager to spearhead our partnership initiatives across esports, sports-tech, youth programs, and large-scale events.Experience: 2–3 years in sponsorship sales, business development, or brand partnerships. Experience in Esports, Sports, Entertainment, Youth Events, or Marketing Agencies preferredKey Responsibilities:1. Sponsorship Acquisition & OutreachIdentify, pitch, and onboard potential brand partners for events, championships, and campaigns2. Proposal DevelopmentCreate compelling, customised sponsorship proposals tailored to client objectives3. Relationship ManagementBuild, manage, and nurture long-term relationships with clients, agencies, and decision-makers4. Revenue Growth & StrategyAchieve monthly/quarterly sponsorship targets through strategic planning. Explore cross-collaboration opportunities and multi-event partnerships across states.What We’re Looking For:Strong industry network across sports, esports, events, marketing, or corporate partnershipsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsCreative thinker with the ability to position sponsorships as ROI-focused brand opportunitiesStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslySelf-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentIf you’re someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and loves creating win-win brand partnerships, we’d love to meet you
