**PROFILE INTRODUCTION**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Marketing Strategy Development**:Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to attract new guests and retain existing ones.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Collaborate with the management team to set marketing goals and objectives.

**Digital Marketing**:Manage the hotel's online presence, including the official website and social media platforms.
Implement SEO and SEM strategies to increase website traffic and visibility.
Monitor online reviews and respond promptly to maintain a positive online reputation.

**Offline Marketing**:Plan and organize offline marketing events, such as local community engagement activities, sponsorships, and partnerships.
Design and produce promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and banners.
Collaborate with local businesses and organizations to cross-promote services and events.

**Collaboration and Reporting**:Work closely with the sales team to develop joint marketing and sales strategies.
Analyze marketing data (web traffic, conversion rates, customer feedback) to make informed decisions and adjustments to marketing plans.
Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, ROI, and effectiveness of campaigns.

**Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**:Implement CRM tools to collect and analyze customer data for personalized marketing campaigns.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing roles within the hotel or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
