Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and versatile Sr. Marketing Manager with a full-stack skill set encompassing design, marketing operations, content creation, and strategy in India. This role is crucial in driving the adoption of SuperAGI’s advanced AI products among B2B clients. As a Sr. Marketing Manager at SuperAGI, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our AI marketing platform. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, optimizing marketing operations, designing visually appealing creatives, crafting engaging content, and contributing to overall marketing strategy development. Your expertise and passion for data-driven decision-making, combined with a creative mindset, will be instrumental in driving customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness for our clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness, leveraging the capabilities of SuperAGI’s products.
  • Design visually compelling creatives, including marketing materials, landing pages, email templates, social media graphics, and website assets, maintaining brand consistency and adhering to best design practices.
  • Create engaging and persuasive content across various channels, including blog posts, social media updates, case studies, whitepapers, and email campaigns, tailored to different target audiences.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights, and translate them into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals and customer needs.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously innovate and improve marketing efforts.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the overall marketing strategy, including positioning, messaging, and targeting.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 4 - 6 years of proven experience as a Growth Marketer or in a similar role, with a focus on design, marketing operations, content creation, and strategy development.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of marketing operations, automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and messaging for different channels and target audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creativity and ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven marketing platforms or AI technologies is a plus.
