Job Summary


To drive sales growth and profitability in assigned categories, the Floor Manager will lead category planning, visual merchandising, and sales strategies. Key responsibilities include achieving revenue and gross margin targets, managing inventory, and optimizing store displays.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute category business plans to meet sales and margin targets
• Collaborate with buying team to ensure 100% fill rate and optimize inventory
• Work closely with sales manager to drive sales and promotional activities
• Analyze sales data and identify trends to inform category strategies
• Ensure effective stock management and visual merchandising to drive sales and customer engagement

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Proven experience in retail category management or sales
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong business acumen and customer insight
