Responsibilities:
- Conduct primary and secondary research to gather information on markets, competitors, customer preferences, and industry trends
- Analyze data to identify potential business opportunities and marketing strategies
- Prepare research summaries, reports, and presentations for internal teams and management
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring advertising campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms
- Support the marketing team in developing creative concepts based on research findings
- Track campaign performance, analyze results, and provide recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with design, sales, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding
- Assist in developing customer personas and target audience segmentation
- Stay updated with emerging advertising trends, marketing tools, and industry best practices
Technical and Professional Skills:
- Knowledge of market research methodologies and tools
- Basic understanding of advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools
- Good understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing basics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and meet deadlines
- 2 to 4 years of experience in business research, market analysis, or advertising roles
