Job Summary:
The Client Support Executive will serve as a key point of contact for our clients, ensuring that all inquiries, issues, and requests related to digital marketing services are addressed promptly. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric mindset. They will work closely with internal teams to manage client expectations, ensuring satisfaction and success across all digital marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and regular updates on project status.
- Collaborate with internal teams (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content) to ensure client requirements are understood and met.
- Respond to client emails, calls, and messages, ensuring excellent communication and customer support.
- Track and report on project progress, ensuring clients are informed of any delays or adjustments.
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving client concerns, ensuring their digital marketing campaigns run smoothly.
- Provide recommendations and solutions based on client feedback and business needs.
- Support onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and setup of services.
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address potential issues before they escalate.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in client support, customer service, or account management (preferably in a digital marketing or IT services environment).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a client-centric approach.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content Marketing) is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
