About Us:At SARAS AI Institute, we’re not just building another edtech product — we’re creating the world’s first U.S.-approved, online, AI-exclusive degree-granting institution. Alongside digital growth, we need a hustler who can take SARAS into the field: forging partnerships with corporates, HR/L&D heads, and training networks to deliver student signups at scale.What You’ll Do- Own B2B signups: Own and deliver bulk student enrollments via U.S. corporations, training and channel partners networks. - Corporate Outreach: Pitch SARAS AI programs to HR, L&D heads, and founders; close contracts that deliver workforce enrollments. - Channel Partner Development: Build and manage partnerships with TPOs, influencers, and training networks for repeat student inflow. - Ground Activation: Represent SARAS at events, seminars, HR conclaves, and campus engagements to drive leads. - Revenue Accountability: All partnerships must tie back to measurable signups with CAC discipline. - Provide market intelligence: surface insight on U.S. corporate training trends, partnership models. Chennel economics and competitor programs-help refine our go to market strategy.Who You Are- 6 –12 years of experience in enterprise sales, higher-education partnerships,workforce‑training B2B or corporate training/licensing partnerships in the U.S. market. - Strong network with U.S. corporates (HR, talent/L&D leadership), training/ed‑tech partners, professional associations or institutional channels. - A field‑sales operator: able to run the full “field engine” — prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing, partner onboarding and activation. - A closer — proven ability to pitch, negotiate, and deliver volume-based signups. - Metrics-driven: not just closing MoUs, but ensuring student enrollments happen. - A natural relationship-builder who thrives in field sales, events, and partnership ecosystems. - High autonomy, self‑starter, comfortable in a fast‑moving, mission‑oriented environment with founder‑level access.Why Join Us- Shape SARAS into a category-defining AI education institute by embedding us in institutions and corporates. - Be part of the leadership core: high autonomy, direct founder access, real accountability. - Drive not just signups, but long-term ecosystems of learners through partnerships. - Join at an inflection point: with the first online AI‑degree‑granting institute in the U.S., you have the opportunity to define playbooks, channels and market leadership.Ready to turn relationships into volumes of U.S. enrollments?
