Job Description

Develop and execute sales strategies in alignment with overall business objectives. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets. Identify and secure new business opportunities within the Real Estate sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients. Analyse market trends and provide actionable insights to optimise sales performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans. Prepare and present detailed sales reports to senior management. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Lead should have:

A degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales leadership within the real estate space. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to inspire and lead a high-performing sales team. Knowledge of market trends and customer preferences in the Real Estate space. Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales analytics software.
