Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head to lead and manage our sales operations in the construction equipment industry. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership qualities, an extensive network within the industry, and a proven track record of driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, dealers, and key stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to drive strategic decisions.
  • Ensure timely reporting and achievement of assigned sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in the construction equipment sales industry.
  • Strong knowledge of market dynamics and customer requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve results within deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Only male candidates will be preferred.
