Job Summary:

Ankura Homes is looking for a proactive, results-oriented Sales Executive with up to 1 year of experience or fresh graduates with an MBA in Sales & Marketing. The role involves supporting and executing sales strategies to drive business growth, enhance brand visibility, and achieve sales targets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage client relationships, coordinate sales events, and implement campaigns.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Sales Strategy Execution: Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Lead Generation: Engage in lead generation through networking, market research, and digital channels to attract potential clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by offering timely solutions.
  • Sales Presentations: Collaborate with the sales team to prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Event Coordination: Organize and manage sales events, property showcases, and client meetings to boost sales.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors to support promotional activities and campaigns.
  • Sales Reporting: Track sales performance metrics and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies.
  • Budget Management: Assist in managing the sales budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.


Qualifications:


  • Education: MBA in Sales & Marketing
  • Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience, preferably in the real estate industry.


Skills:

  • Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
