Work Days: Monday to Saturday

Matrix Geo Solutions Limited is a leading organization in the field of Geospatial, Surveying, Photogrammetry, and GIS solutions. We deliver innovative and technology-driven solutions to clients across industries and geographies.


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Identify and pursue international business opportunities through lead generation and cold calling.
  • Conduct market research and database building to explore potential markets and clients.
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand the companys global footprint.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and client pitches.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with international clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively.
  • Represent the company at global conferences, exhibitions, and client meetings (travel required).
  • Track business performance, maintain sales reports, and suggest improvements.


Skills & Competencies Required:


  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Confident, presentable, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability in international cold calling and client engagement.
  • Analytical mindset with expertise in market research and database mining.
  • Negotiation, persuasion, and relationship management abilities.
  • Knowledge/experience in GIS technology will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge and experience of social media marketing is required.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and open to international travel.


Qualifications & Experience


  • MBA in International Business (mandatory).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in International Business Development / Sales.
