Job Overview
Join YourFitPath as a Business Development Intern. Located in New Delhi or Mumbai, this internship offers a unique opportunity for freshers to contribute to our mission in the health care sector. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience with no prior work experience required. This unpaid position focuses on developing business development strategies and offers valuable insights into our healthcare services and industry practices.

Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in using CRM Software, essential for managing client relationships and tracking communication effectively (Mandatory skill).
- Capability to utilize Lead Generation Tools, critical for identifying and engaging potential clients (Mandatory skill).
- Experience with Market Research Techniques to analyze trends and inform business decisions (Mandatory skill).
- Understanding of Digital Marketing Platforms to enhance brand presence and communicate with a broader audience.
- Strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite for efficient documentation and presentation tasks.
- Excellent Negotiation Skills to foster beneficial partnerships and agreements.
- Customer Relationship Management knowledge to ensure exceptional client satisfaction and retention.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn, crucial for a fast-paced healthcare industry environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
- Support the development and implementation of strategic business development plans.
- Assist in managing and updating CRM software to maintain accurate client records and communications.
- Engage in lead generation activities using designated tools and strategies to expand client base.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance our digital presence and attract potential clients.
- Communicate with prospective clients to provide educational insights about our healthcare services.
- Participate in meetings and training sessions to enhance understanding of industry practices and operations.
- Provide administrative support to the business development team to ensure efficient workflow and task completion.
