Job Title: General Manager - Telesales (Presales)
Location: Hyderabad, India
Job Objective:
To lead and drive the Presales Telesales team in achieving targets by generating qualified leads and converting them into customer site visits to our international offices or VC with international sales team (in cities we don't have international office). The objective is to optimize team performance, continuously improve sales processes, and maintain a competitive edge in the real estate market by addressing customer concerns and effectively communicating the value of Urbanrise properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- A motivational leader to achieve the target of the Presales Team on daily/weekly basis (Generate Leads, Convert leads to Customer site visits and/or VC with sales team)
- Develop and drive Presale's initiatives to achieve set goals by mentoring and motivating the Presales team
- Developing, Enhancing, implementing of comprehensive Presales strategies.
- To explain our projects in details to the customers
- Liaise with marketing, digital, and sales heads to optimize campaign messaging, channel mix, and lead conversion effectiveness.
- Able to address customers concerns and suggest respective product.

- Responsible for Team Targets
- Aggressively driving PreSales, Lead generation, Forecasting & Customer Service Management
- Competitor Trend Monitoring and Competitor Benchmarking in order to effectively balance competing priorities to full fill all customer expectations i.e., keeping abreast with competitor residential property offerings, pricing, location, quality, etc.
- Educating the client with the market trends, keeping them aware with the rental returns and the price appreciation they may get after investing in our properties.
- Adaptive to work on weekend / rapidly changing circumstances
- Good people management skills
- Strong communication, problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Able to train /mentor /coach/hire/retain and make his team perform
Performance management: Set and monitor team targets and KRAs, emphasizing a high conversion rate of qualified leads to scheduled virtual conferences (VCs) or international sales office visits.
Process optimization: Develop and refine pre-sales call scripts, pitch decks, and engagement strategies to effectively pitch company property projects and generate genuine customer 15+ years of progressive experience in pre-sales or inside sales, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role managing tele-calling teams. Experience in the real estate sector, financial services, insurance or timeshare industry and specifically with the NRI market is a significant plus. Past experience with customer support teams known for quality excellence E.g., Amex, HSBC, etc a huge advantage
- Team management and rostering: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 100+ telecallers. Implement effective rostering strategies to cover various international time zones (North America, Europe, GCC, Far East) and ensure continuous lead servicing.
- Part-time team trainer a plus, with proven past training experience. Relevant courses and certifications in pre-sales quality excellence
- Metrics-driven mindset: Strong analytical skills with a focus on achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) like leads-to-VC/site-visit ratio, conversion rates, and call quality.
- International market knowledge: Understanding of the dynamics and cultural nuances of international markets (North America, Europe, GCC, Far East) and the NRI customer profile.
- Tech proficiency: Expert-level proficiency with CRM software and a solid understanding of digital sales enablement tools.
- Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and atleast 2 of the major south Indian languages. A strong, persuasive phone presence is critical.
- At least 3 years of managing international pre-sales operations across multiple time zones
