Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee a talented team of marketing professionals, including AGM/DGM-level managers and their teams, fostering a high-performance environment.

- Serve as the brand champion, ensuring all projects and campaigns adhere to Urbanrises brand identity and vision.

- Lead 360-degree launch campaigns for multiple projects, ensuring the seamless execution of branding, product messaging, and audience engagement across channels.

- Collaborate closely with top-tier advertising agencies to deliver impactful, innovative, and consistent marketing messages.

- Manage annual marketing budgets of Rs. 25 Crores and above, ensuring resources are allocated for maximum impact and return on investment.

- Leverage data analytics to inform campaign direction, optimize marketing ROI, and make evidence-based recommendations.

- Drive the digital strategy and oversee digital marketing efforts, from social media to programmatic campaigns, to enhance online presence and customer engagement.

- Identify and implement creative strategies, turning challenges into growth opportunities and pushing boundaries to maintain a competitive Minimum 12- 15 years in brand management and marketing, with a proven track record in real estate or related industries.

- Demonstrated experience managing large marketing teams, driving results, and nurturing talent.

- Extensive experience in leading large-scale brand and product launches with cross-channel marketing campaigns.

- Skilled in managing high-profile advertising agencies and delivering compelling and strategic ad content.

- Strong analytical mindset with expertise in interpreting marketing data to drive actionable insights.

- MBA from a reputable institution.

- Exceptional communication skills and a demonstrated ability to inspire, influence, and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
