Job Description:.

We are seeking a highly experienced Director Enterprise Sales with a proven track record in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically catering to hospitals.

While years of experience are not the sole determining factor, we prioritize candidates who are already operating at the General Manager or Associate Director level due to their extensive network within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:.

- Must have good network with Pharma Organization for eLearning Solutions.

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across pharmaceutical companies, spanning the entire company hierarchy.

- Lead B2B solution selling initiatives, leveraging deep industry knowledge and insights to offer tailored solutions to clients.

- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align business strategies and drive successful outcomes.

- Drive market expansion efforts by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical landscape.

- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of market developments and capitalize on emerging opportunities.

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and seminars, serving as a brand ambassador and thought leader in the pharmaceutical Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

- Proven experience working in key revenue, sales, or marketing roles within the top three pharmaceutical companies.

- Strong network within the pharmaceutical industry, with established relationships across various levels of the company hierarchy.

- Demonstrated expertise in B2B solution selling, with a track record of driving successful business outcomes.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively influence and persuade stakeholders.

- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of driving initiatives from concept to execution.

- Leadership experience at the GM/Associate Director level preferred, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving common goals.

- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
