Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the OTC product portfolio.

- Develop and execute territory-wise business plans to grow the market.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities with retailers, chemists, distributors, and stockists.

- Ensure proper product visibility and availability in the market.

2. Team Management

- Recruit, train, and manage a team of Territory Sales Executives (TSEs) or Medical Representatives (MRs).

- Set individual targets, monitor performance, and provide regular coaching and feedback.

- Conduct regular field visits with team members to ensure effective customer engagement.

3. Distribution Management

- Manage relationships with distributors and ensure effective stock availability and timely replenishment.

- Monitor secondary and tertiary sales across the area.

- Ensure timely collection of payments and resolve outstanding issues.

4. Market Intelligence

- Keep track of competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and new product launches.

- Provide insights to the marketing team for promotional strategies and campaigns.

5. Reporting & Documentation

- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance and market activities.

- Maintain accurate records of territory performance and customer data.
