Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation & Qualification: Proactively identify and qualify potential clients through various methods, including market research, networking, and leveraging existing leads.

- Needs Analysis & Solution Development: Thoroughly understand client business objectives and technical requirements to develop customized technical solutions based on our offerings in Blockchain, Wearables, IoT, Artificial Intelligence, and AR/VR.

- Technical Presentations & Demonstrations: Deliver compelling and informative technical presentations and demonstrations of our solutions to prospective clients, effectively communicating their value proposition and technical advantages.

- Proposal Development & Negotiation: Prepare comprehensive and persuasive technical proposals and quotations.

Skillfully negotiate contract terms and conditions to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.

- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring ongoing satisfaction.

- Sales Process Management: Effectively manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and accurately forecast sales opportunities.

- Market & Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape within the Blockchain, Wearables, IoT, AI, and AR/VR sectors.

- Collaboration: Work closely with internal technical teams, product development, and marketing to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the sales process.

- Sales Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales Sales Skills: Proven ability to effectively negotiate, close deals, and build strong, lasting client relationships.

- Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of one or more of the following technologies: Blockchain, Wearables, IoT, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Augmented/Virtual Reality (AR/VR).

A broad understanding across these areas is highly advantageous.

- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, including the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand client needs, identify pain points, and provide tailored technical solutions that address their specific challenges.

- Relevant Experience: Demonstrated previous experience in technical sales, solution selling, or a related client-facing role within the technology sector.

- Education: Master's/Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology (IT), or a related field.

- Additional: Must be willing and able to work on-site at our office in Ahmedabad.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Deeper technical expertise in specific areas within Blockchain, Wearables, IoT, AI, or AR/VR.

- Experience selling complex technical solutions to enterprise clients.

- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools.

- Strong presentation skills and the ability to conduct engaging product demonstrations
