This role requires deep expertise in performance marketing on Amazon, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to translate data into impactful growth strategies.What you'll do:- Own end-to-end Amazon Advertising strategy for multiple D2C and eCommerce brands.- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, DSP) to maximize ROI.- Analyze performance data to derive insights, improve targeting, and scale campaigns.- Collaborate closely with brand, category, and creative teams to align ad campaigns with business goals. - Provide regular reporting, dashboards, and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.- Stay updated on Amazon ad tech, tools, and marketplace trends to ensure industry-leading practices.- Manage ad budgets efficiently while driving revenue growth and profitability.- Build playbooks and frameworks for scaling Amazon advertising operations at Xneeti.What we're looking for:- 3-6 years of experience in Amazon Ads / Performance Marketing, with proven success in scaling D2C and eCommerce brands.- MBA from a Tier 1 B-school (IIM, ISB, FMS, XLRI, etc.) preferred.- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Amazon tools, and data visualization.- Demonstrated expertise in campaign management, bid strategies, and ACoS/ROAS optimization.- Ability to translate data into actionable insights and compelling strategies.- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
