Key Responsibilities


  • Product Strategy and Roadmap:

Develop and execute a product strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives and market trends.

  • User-Centric Design:

Understand user needs, behaviors, and feedback to create seamless and delightful customer journeys across digital platforms.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with design, engineering, marketing, and analytics teams to prioritize product features and ensure timely delivery.

  • Agile Product Development:

Own the end-to-end lifecycle of the product, from conceptualization to release, by collaborating in agile sprints and defining clear goals.

  • Data-Driven Decisions:

Utilize data analytics, A/B testing, and user insights to measure product performance and inform enhancements.

  • Market Research:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to maintain Thrillophilia’s competitive edge.

  • Stakeholder Management:

Communicate progress, challenges, and insights effectively to stakeholders, securing buy-in for product decisions.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 4-7 years of experience in Product Management, with a strong focus on technology-driven solutions.
  • Proven track record of launching successful digital products, preferably in the e-commerce or travel industry.
  • Proficiency in using product management tools (JIRA, Trello, Confluence, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and agile development methodologies.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
