Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager with at least 2 years of relevant experience to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning across all departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage and support teams, including sales, service, and logistics, to meet organizational goals.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain adequate stock of products and spare parts.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize workflow.
Ensure timely and quality delivery of services to clients, addressing any escalations or challenges.
Analyze operational data and prepare regular performance and progress reports for management.
Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance overall productivity.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute business development initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the home appliances or electronics sector.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM or ERP tools.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
