Role Summary:
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Team Lead to oversee a team of real estate professionals. This role involves managing daily operations, driving sales performance, building client relationships, and ensuring compliance with company standards. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, a team motivator, and have strategic planning capabilities with a strong understanding of the real estate landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:
- Supervise, mentor, and guide a team of real estate executives and sales representatives.
- Assign daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and monitor team performance.
- Conduct regular team meetings, provide feedback, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture focused on performance and client service.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Monitor and analyze team sales data to identify trends and optimize processes.
- Collaborate with marketing teams for campaign execution and lead generation initiatives.
- Ensure timely follow-ups, site visits, and client conversions.
Client Relationship Management:
- Act as a point of escalation for client issues and ensure prompt resolution.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Represent Oraiyan Groups with professionalism and uphold our values of trust and transparency.
Operations & Compliance:
- Ensure all transactions and customer dealings comply with legal and company policies.
- Coordinate with documentation and legal teams to ensure end-to-end support for clients.
- Use real estate CRM and management software for team coordination and reporting.
Strategic Input:
- Provide insights and feedback to senior management for continuous improvement.
- Participate in market research and competitor analysis.
- Assist in planning new project launches and promotions.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Required Skills:
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strategic thinking and decision-making capability
- Client handling, negotiation, and conflict resolution
- Target-driven mindset with a performance focus
- Working knowledge of real estate laws and documentation
Technical/Tool Proficiency:
- Familiarity with real estate CRM software
- MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field
- MBA or certification in Sales/Real Estate (preferred but not mandatory)
Preferred Experience:
- 3-6 years of total experience, with at least 2 years in a team management or leadership role
- Experience in real estate sales, especially in plotted developments or residential properties
- Experience working with developers, brokers, or real estate marketing firms in Bengaluru
