As a Recruiter, you

will be responsible for sourcing and screening the best talent for our Fortune

100 clients, creating effective pipelines of candidates, negotiating the salaries/pay

rates, and coordinating interviews and onboarding processes.


  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in the staffing/recruitment industry.
  • Experience supporting clients in the following industries: software products & applications, IT services, engineering, e-commerce, pharmaceuticals, automotive, and banking and financials.
  • Employing non-traditional sourcing methodologies including Referrals, , and other Social Media platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective communication skills to impress MSP Program teams.
  • Prior hands-on recruitment experience is required.
  • An education degree in any of the following disciplines: BBA, MBA, B.E./B.Tech (Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical), B.Sc (Chemistry/Biology), B. Pharma, BCA, or Diploma in Computer Science.
