The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building long-term partnerships with clients, and ensuring successful onboarding and delivery of recruitment mandates.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, engage, and acquire new clients by targetingCXOs, Founders, and HR Headsacross industries. Conductonline and in-person meetingsto pitch recruitment solutions and close business deals. Leverage platforms likeLinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and Lushato generate and qualify leads. Collaborate closely with theRecruitment Delivery/Account Management Teamto ensure mandates are executed successfully. Maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and performance reviews. Develop and implement strategies togrow existing accountsand maximize client retention. Prepare proposals, rate cards, and business presentations as needed. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities. Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets with a consultative sales approach.Ideal Candidate ProfileMinimum3+ years of business development experiencein aRecruitment / Talent Solutions / Staffing agency . Proven track record of acquiring and managingcorporate hiring mandates . Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong executive presence. Ability to engage confidently with senior decision-makers and influence outcomes. Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
