Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated Captains and Stewards for the Hotel Industry in Hyderabad. This is a full-time position suited for a junior level professional with at least one to three years of experience in the field. The role requires enthusiasm for hospitality and excellent service skills to enhance the guest experience in a vibrant hotel environment.
Qualifications and Skills
- proficiency in table setting, ensuring all settings are aligned and aesthetically pleasing (Mandatory skill)
- strong ability to accurately take and communicate orders to the kitchen and serve guests efficiently (Mandatory skill)
- capable of delivering exceptional food and beverage service with attention to detail (Mandatory skill)
- excellent communication skills to efficiently interact with guests and team members
- superior customer service skills to foster a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
- understanding of hospitality operations to support smooth service delivery and guest satisfaction
Roles and Responsibilities
- oversee table settings to ensure precision, presentation, and adherence to the hotel's standards
- take guest orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen in a timely manner
- coordinate food and beverage service, ensuring a pleasant guest experience
- assist in opening and closing duties, ensuring the dining area is clean and prepared
- communicate effectively with other staff members to ensure seamless service operations
- provide attentive and responsive customer service to cater to each guest's needs and preferences
- handle guest inquiries and resolve any service-related issues in a professional manner
- participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve service standards and team performance
