Job Summary

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, generating leads, and converting prospects into students. This role will also support strategic marketing and sales initiatives to maximize walk-ins and enhance the institute's brand. The ideal candidate is results-driven, customer-oriented, and eager to contribute to the growth and reputation of our institute.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Growth and Revenue Generation

 Walk-in Generation Strategies: Develop and implement creative strategies to increase student walk-ins, both

through online and offline channels.

 Revenue Goals: Work closely with senior management to meet or exceed annual revenue targets, ensuring a

minimum conversion ratio of 90%.

 Competitor Analysis: Conduct ongoing research to analyze market risks and study competitor offerings, using

findings to adapt and differentiate our institute's services.

2. Team Training and Leadership

 Junior Counsellor Training: Mentor and guide junior counsellors, equipping them with positive counselling

techniques to ensure a consistent approach in all student interactions.

 Tele-sales Department Training: Provide training and develop scripts and strategies for the tele-sales team,

enhancing their effectiveness and conversion rates.

 Team Building and Coordination: Lead regular sessions for sales and marketing teams to encourage

continuous learning, align team goals with company targets, and maintain a high level of morale and

performance.

3. Marketing and Brand Development

 Online and Offline Marketing Strategies: Create comprehensive marketing plans that integrate social media,

digital advertising, event sponsorships, and community engagement to boost our brand visibility.

 Social Media and Content Oversight: Work with the social media department to align content strategies with

brand messaging, enhancing student engagement and brand credibility. Event Planning and Coordination: Organize and attend events, webinars, and guest lectures that position the

institute as a leader in animation education.

4. Customer Feedback and Market Insight

 Student Feedback: Collect, review, and categorize student feedback, maintaining detailed records of positive

and negative experiences to inform service improvements.

 Industry Updates: Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices,

bringing in innovative ideas that align with the evolving needs of the animation sector.

5. Administrative Oversight and Reporting

 Account Department Coordination: Work closely with the accounts team to monitor finances, ensure timely

fee collection, and address financial inquiries with efficiency.

 Administrative Planning: Review administrative processes and coordinate with other departments to ensure

smooth operations and alignment with strategic goals.

 Detailed Reporting: Prepare and present regular performance reports with clear, visual dashboards and in-

depth analysis for senior management.

6. New Business Models and Innovation

 Market-Driven Programs: Design and introduce business modules aligned with current market demands,

ensuring our curriculum and programs offer maximum industry relevance.

 Technology Integration: Recommend and facilitate the adoption of new technologies to enhance learning

experiences, in coordination with academic and technical departments.

 Process Optimization: Regularly evaluate existing processes and recommend changes to improve efficiency,

increase conversion rates, and support a positive learning environment.


Additional Initiatives

 Organize in-house activities that foster team cohesion and enhance student engagement.

 Coordinate partnerships with industry studios, arrange guest lectures, and develop relationships with key

players in the animation sector.

 Establish and oversee training programs for junior sales and marketing team members, preparing them for

higher responsibilities.

 Develop policies and procedures that align sales and marketing activities with industry standards.


Requirement

 Maintain a professional and well-groomed appearance at all times, upholding the company's image.

 Remain calm and solution-oriented in high-pressure situations, displaying a balanced approach.

 Adhere strictly to schedules, setting an example of punctuality for team members.

 Cultivate a positive and encouraging environment by providing constructive feedback and actively listening

to others.Skills and Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

 Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, preferably within the education or animation

industry.

 Proven ability to lead teams and exceed sales/revenue targets.

 Strong understanding of marketing strategies, CRM software, and lead-generation tactics.

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a high level of emotional intelligence.

 Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, including the ability to create actionable insights from performance

metrics.
