Introduction to Role:

  • This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager in the HVAC&R sector, located in Gurugram/Mumbai.

Responsibilities

  • The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and supporting the sales team, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
  • Daily tasks include developing sales strategies, coordinating with other departments, responding to customer inquiries, and preparing sales reports.
  • The role requires active engagement with both new and existing clients to identify their needs and propose suitable solutions.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales Management and Customer Relationship Management
  • Knowledge of HVAC-- VRF systems and industry trends
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the refrigeration or HVAC- VRF Specific industry is a plus
