1. Planning & Design:

  • Conduct heat load calculations, duct design, and equipment selection.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.

2. Project Coordination & Scheduling:

  • Prepare project timelines and execution plans.
  • Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and contractors for seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion.

3. Cost Estimation & Budgeting:

  • Provide cost estimates for HVAC installations, materials, and labor.
  • Optimize project costs while maintaining quality and efficiency.

4. Procurement & Vendor Management:

  • Select and procure HVAC equipment, materials, and components.
  • Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely delivery.

5. Quality Control & Compliance:

  • Conduct inspections and audits to ensure proper installation and performance of HVAC systems.
  • Ensure projects meet local and international HVAC codes and standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, etc.).

6. Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving:

  • Identify and resolve issues related to HVAC systems during design and installation.
  • Provide technical support and solutions to on-site teams.
