  • Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to expand Posist/Restroworks adoption within targeted hotel chains.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with internal teams to devise customized solutions that meet the unique needs of each hotel chain.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market opportunities.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations and finalize agreements to secure partnerships for software implementation.
  • Implementation Oversight: Work closely with technical teams to ensure smooth deployment of Posist/Restroworks solutions.
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular progress reports to senior management.
  • Travel: Be willing to travel globally as necessary to meet clients and oversee implementation projects.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in business development within the hospitality technology sector.
  • Network: Proven track record of successfully engaging with CTOs and CIOs in major hotel chains.
  • Technical Acumen: Understanding of hospitality management software systems like Posist/Restroworks is highly desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a demonstrated history of closing deals.
