Job Purpose We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Specialist to manage the social media presence, support aviation events and exhibitions, create engaging campaigns, and align marketing initiatives with the companys mission. This role requires strong collabor-ation with designers, videographers, and sales teams to drive brand visibility and generate quality leads across international markets.Duties And Outreach & Lead Generation - Build and maintain international lead lists for targeted outreach. - Execute B2B email marketing campaigns to nurture prospects. - Collaborate with sales teams to convert leads into clients.Social Media - Plan, schedule, and manage posts across social media platforms. - Coordinate with designers and videographers to develop engaging reels, testimonials, and visual content. - Track and analyze social media performance to optimize engagement and lead generation.Content & Collateral Creation - Work with designers to create brochures, flyers, and digital campaigns. - Collaborate with videographers to produce product videos, testimonials, and brand stories. - Execute and monitor digital ad campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, etc.Events & - Support aviation events, exhibitions, and trade shows by managing promotions, booth branding, and client invites. - Coordinate with vendors, oversee event collaterals, and ensure timely post-event - Partner with sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. - Simplify and communicate technical aviation solutions in an engaging manner. - Ensure brand consistency across all global platforms and & - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related - 3+years of proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or B2B marketing (aviation/technology industry exposure is a plus). - Strong knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and analytics tools. - Hands-on experience with event marketing, lead generation, and email campaigns. - Proficiency in using digital marketing tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Canva, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, global business environment.Domain : Marketing.Must Have Skills - Content Creation. - Email Marketing. - Marketing Analytics. - Social Media Posting. - Poster/Ad Design. - Google Ads/Meta Ads.Good To Have Skills - Event Coordination. - Competitor Research. - Video & Graphics. - Editing.Job Location: Cochin, India.Work model: WFO.
