User flows, process flows, and sitemaps.2. Low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity mock-ups for web and mobile platforms.3. Interactive prototypes using Figma to communicate design concepts and test interactions.- Design System & Figma Mastery : Develop and maintain our design system and reusable component libraries within Figma (leveraging features like Auto Layout and Variants) to ensure consistency and efficiency across all platforms.- Usability Testing & Iteration : Design and execute usability testing sessions, analyze results, and iterate on designs based on data insights and user feedback.- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders, to define project requirements, ensure technical feasibility, and align design solutions with business goals.- Accessibility & Standards : Design products that meet current accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and adhere to mobile platform-specific guidelines (iOS and Android).Required Skills and Qualifications :- Minimum 3+ years of professional experience as a UX Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role, specifically designing user experiences for mobile and web applications.- Expert proficiency in Figma for designing, prototyping, and creating and maintaining design systems.- A strong portfolio showcasing a human-centred design process and successful delivery of responsive mobile and web experiences.- Deep understanding of User-centred Design (UCD) principles, information architecture, and interaction design.- Experience with responsive design principles and designing for multiple screen sizes and viewports.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate and defend design rationale to stakeholders.- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus (ref:hirist.tech)
