Pr Executive

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and grow the company’s **social media presence** across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, etc.).
- Create engaging posts, coordinate content calendars, and ensure brand consistency in all communications.
- Assist in **planning, organizing, and executing cultural, promotional, and corporate events**.
- Draft and distribute press releases, announcements, and media communications.
- Support the development of marketing and PR campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
- Build and maintain relationships with media houses, influencers, and partners.
- Assist in preparing reports, media coverage summaries, and campaign performance analytics.
- Collaborate with internal teams (HR, Marketing, and Management) for communication and branding initiatives.
- Stay updated with industry trends and suggest innovative ideas to improve PR and brand outreach.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Mass Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field**.
- 0-2 years of experience in **PR, communications, or social media management**.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Familiarity with **social media tools** (Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, etc.).
- Experience in **event planning or coordination** will be an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
