**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a small team of designers to deliver high-quality creative output within deadlines.
- Conceptualize and design visually engaging creatives for **Google Ads**, **Meta Ads**, and other digital marketing campaigns.
- Design marketing collaterals such as banners, brochures, presentations, and social media creatives.
- Create and edit videos for promotional campaigns, product launches, and digital platforms.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and product teams to align designs with brand strategy.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital design and advertising.
- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to design guidelines across all materials.
- Manage project timelines, delegate tasks, and review outputs to ensure quality and creativity.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in **Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts**, or a related field.
- **3-5 years of experience** in creative design, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising setup.
- Strong command of tools such as **Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects**, and **Canva**.
- Proven experience in designing for **Google Display Ads**, **Meta Ads**, and other paid campaign formats.
- Good understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout design.
- Experience in **video editing**, animation, or motion graphics is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills.
