We at Zebrians are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer cum Video Editor to join our Team.

Freshers and experience with relevant skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Strong leadership qualities are an added advantage.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Graphic Design & Visual Content Creation:
Design posters, brochures, banners, social media graphics, and other promotional materials.

Ensure consistency in visual identity across all marketing platforms.

Collaborate with the content team to design demanded materials.

2. Video Production & Editing:
Plan, shoot, and edit videos for promotional campaigns, social media, and internal use.

Create engaging video content such as testimonials, event highlights, and course introductions.

Add music, subtitles, transitions, and effects to enhance video quality.

3. Social Media & Marketing Content Support:
Assist the marketing team by designing engaging graphics and videos for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).

Stay updated on design trends to create relevant content that appeals to the target audience.

4. Brand Identity & Creative Strategy:
Maintain and enhance the visual identity across all marketing collateral.

Provide creative input for campaigns to make them more effective and visually appealing.

5. Cross-Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing, and operations teams to align creative output with business objectives.

Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate ideas for campaigns and projects.

6. Market Research & Trend Analysis:
Stay updated on trends in graphic design, video editing, and digital content creation.

Analyze competitor campaigns and provide insights for improvement.

7. Project Management & Timely Delivery:
Manage multiple design and video projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.

Maintain a structured workflow to handle tight deadlines efficiently.

Qualifications & Skills:
Any degree from a recognized institution.

Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.

Knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.

Strong visual and creative thinking abilities.

Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Leadership qualities to take initiative and guide creative projects.

Freshers with relevant skills and enthusiasm are welcome to apply.
