**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and produce a wide range of visual materials including brochures, logos, posters, social media graphics, and website elements.
- Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to develop creative concepts and design solutions.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new techniques and trends into design work.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Prepare and deliver design files for both print and digital platforms.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
- Excellent eye for detail and creativity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of web design and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Adobe Photoshop: 1 year (required)
- Adobe Illustrator: 1 year (required)
