**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a compassionate and professional **Patient Counsellor** to join our healthcare team. The Patient Counsellor will serve as a key point of support and guidance for patients and their families, helping them understand treatment options, navigate healthcare procedures, and cope with emotional or psychological challenges related to their medical conditions.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Interact with patients and their families to provide emotional support and counseling
Educate patients about treatment plans, procedures, and medication adherence
Guide patients through hospital policies, processes, and available resources
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure smooth patient care
Assist in addressing patient concerns and resolving any queries or issues
Maintain accurate patient records, case notes, and follow-up schedules
Conduct patient orientation sessions and wellness education programs
Identify and refer patients to appropriate psychological or social support services when needed

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in patient counseling or healthcare support roles (Freshers with relevant internships may be considered)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to empathize and build trust with patients and their families
Good organizational and documentation skills
Basic knowledge of healthcare systems and patient rights

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare setting
Multilingual abilities to communicate with diverse patient populations
Knowledge of mental health counseling or crisis intervention is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
