The Role

We're looking for a Technical Product Manager with 5+ years of hands-on experience building and shipping blockchain-powered products. You'll own the Web3 and payment infrastructure roadmap, collaborating closely with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver secure, scalable, and innovative financial experiences.

If you have shipped crypto wallets, integrated blockchain protocols, worked with DeFi, and can translate complex blockchain concepts into intuitive user experiences, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Define and execute the Web3 product roadmap
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate blockchain protocols, wallets, and smart contracts
  • Gather user, market, and technical requirements to guide product vision
  • Deliver end-to-end product features from ideation to launch & iteration
  • Write detailed product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Ensure security, scalability, and compliance in blockchain-based features
  • Collaborate with the designers for an intuitive crypto-powered UX
  • Stay on top of DeFi, wallets, CBDCs, tokenization, and regulatory trends

Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager in Web3, blockchain, or fintech
  • Strong understanding of blockchain technologies, including smart contracts, wallets, token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155), and cross-chain interoperability
  • Hands-on experience with Web3 libraries (ethers.js, web3.js) and blockchain APIs
  • Familiarity with decentralized finance (DeFi), crypto payments, and non-custodial wallet systems
  • Proven ability to define technical requirements and collaborate closely with engineering teams
  • Strong knowledge of product management frameworks (Agile, Scrum)
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience delivering products in a fast-paced startup or scaling environment

Bonus Points

  • Worked with CBDCs, tokenized assets, and regulated blockchain systems
  • Knowledge of crypto wallet / dApp UI-UX best practices
  • Background in engineering, blockchain dev, or smart contract audits
  • Security & compliance know-how in crypto/fintech
