Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Defining, refining, and clearly communicating the team's mission and roadmap to inspire alignment and support among team members and stakeholders.
  • Contributing to the product roadmap by ensuring full transparency around the capabilities being developed and influencing the identification of new opportunities.
  • Engaging with clients and partners to understand and prioritize their needs, serving as their advocate within the team.
  • Establishing clear acceptance criteria and measuring results against them.
  • Monitoring progress, identifying obstacles, and facilitating their removal.
  • Evaluating team performance against established objectives, ensuring the delivery of business, technology, and people outcomes.
  • Collaborating with other leaders and Scrum Masters to build team capacity, capability, and foster the growth and development of team members.
  • Making informed trade-off decisions to balance quality, cost, and timelines effectively.
  • Contributing to the ideation process by bringing innovative ideas to the table.

Preferred Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree/ above in either Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Information Systems, Mathematics or Finance related field; CFA / CFP designation or post-graduate degree in finance or a related field a plus
  • The ability to break down complex product features into clear, concise stories with well-defined business value and acceptance criteria, and communicate these effectively.
  • Has experience between 11 and 14 years mainly in Fixed Income domain or asset management domain.
  • A data-driven approach to understanding customer needs, translating strategic objectives into actionable plans, and prioritizing to maximize value delivery.
  • Demonstrated experience in defining minimum viable products and managing product backlogs.
  • Extensive expertise in the Fixed Income domain, essential for delivering optimal business outcomes within a complex set of applications and business processes.
  • Proven capability to lead, influence, and motivate teams without formal authority, with a track record of building high-performing teams.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and promoting an agile way of working.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships across functions to deliver business outcomes, leveraging the expertise of colleagues to inform your approach.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a commitment to fostering a culture of continuous learning, mentoring, and coaching.
  • A balanced development of both technology and non-technology skills to fully understand and meet customer needs.
  • Skilled in identifying scope changes and addressing them proactively.
