We're hiring Sales Interns But we don't care about what you studied or how many projects you have done. We want to know if you can sell tech to businesses. Plain and simple.Tech sales isn't like selling soap or biscuits. You need to understand the needs of each business, target the right person and demonstrate true value. This challenge is designed to show us what you're made of.About Fieldmobi: Fieldmobi is an early-stage startup with founders from the University of Cambridge and IIT Kharagpur. The platform is an AI-customizable, field-focused ERP that’s fast to deploy and easy to use. It has a powerful ERP engine with a complete suite of seamlessly integrated applications but unlike other ERPs it goes beyond enterprise back offices to the frontlines, connecting field assets, locations, workforce and operations.What's in it for you: If you make the cut, you'll be eligible to join our sales force as an Intern and help us take our Workforce Management Application to market Don't worry, this isn't a one-sided deal, you get rewarded for every sale you make.As many of you may know, sales can be both an art and a science. We want you to be able to perfect it, play around with it (and help us grow with it) but alsotrulycommit to it. Which is why we’re introducing a new commission-based package where interns can grow both learnings and earnings, one sales at a time.If we like your pitch, congratulations You now have the chance to take your idea straight to the real world. Through the internship, you’ll continue to field-test your best (and ugliest) sales pitches, and secure your commissions.Extensions and other benefits will be offered to those who can win 5 clients in their first month (so bring your A-game).If the internship goes well, you may be offered the chance to join us for the on-site Fieldmobi Founding Force Internship and where you work directly with the Founders as well as potential full-time offers when you graduate.We will get in contact with shortlisted candidates.
