We pride ourselves on driving leads, conversions, and long-term success for each client’s unique needs.Role DescriptionWe’re seeking a Commission Sales Associate to join our growing digital marketing team. This is a remote, part-time, commission-based role, ideal for someone who’s driven, persuasive, and passionate about helping businesses grow through effective marketing.You’ll be responsible for:- Identifying and qualifying potential clients through outreach and networking - Understanding client pain points and presenting tailored marketing solutions - Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients - Managing the full sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure - Following up on inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction post-sale - Meeting or exceeding monthly targetsPerformance ExpectationsTo ensure clarity and growth, here’s what’s expected from you:Targets & Milestones- Close at least 5 deals per month (average-sized marketing packages or equivalent value) - Consistent performance over 3 months will make you eligible for a base pay + commission structure - Underperformance (fewer than 3 deals/month consistently) may lead to role reviewExample Path to Growth- Month 1–3: 100% commission-based (uncapped earnings) - After Month 3: Base pay + commission (based on achieving 5+ deals per month average)Qualifications- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal relationship skills - Experience in sales, lead generation, and client management - Basic knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, social media, and advertising - Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets - Self-motivated with excellent time-management skills - Ability to work effectively in a remote capacity - Prior experience in marketing or advertising agencies is a plusCommission-based (no base pay initially)- High commission percentage on every closed deal - Base pay added after 3 months upon achieving targets - Opportunity for increased commission rates as performance scale - Work remotely with flexible hours - Earn uncapped commissions, your effort directly drives your income - Represent a fast-growing, creative digital marketing agency - Be part of a results-driven, collaborative, and growth-oriented team
