**Position Overview**:
As a **Telesales Representative**, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining our website development services, and closing deals. This role is **100% commission-based**, offering **unlimited earning potential** for high performers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients (leads may be provided or self-sourced)
- Clearly explain our website development services and value propositions
- Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients
- Set appointments, follow up on leads, and close sales
- Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role
- Basic understanding of websites, design, or online marketing (preferred)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
