The Opportunity:

If you're a young CA with 0-1 years of experience in Big 4, transaction advisory, or startup finance - and more importantly, if you're hungry to move from the back office into the venture capital world - this is the opportunity of a lifetime.

This role isn't about reporting numbers in isolation. It's about owning, shaping, and building how we operate as a fund, while working side-by-side with seasoned founders and operators.

Your Role - What You'll Do:

- Run the fund end-to-end: Deal execution, structuring, diligence, and investor operations

- Own the numbers: Financial models, MIS, reporting, audit readiness, and portfolio analytics

- Shape strategy: Partner with the founder on pipeline development, investment thesis, and portfolio insights

- Be the bridge: Manage investor communications, LP updates, and internal systems

- Build from scratch: Set up infrastructure, tools, workflows, compliance, and governance mechanisms

What We're Looking For:

- CA (Chartered Accountant) with 0-1 years of relevant experience in Big 4, transaction advisory, or startup finance

- Strong grasp of financial modeling, due diligence, reporting, and compliance

- Hunger to transition from a traditional finance role into venture capital and strategy

- Entrepreneurial mindset: bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, and willingness to build from 0-1

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
