We're Hiring - Fashion Marketing Associate – Social, PR & Events

About Fitleasure

Fitleasure is India's first global D2C sustainable athleisure brand with a strong presence across Southeast Asia and is soon to be launched in India. We offer performance-driven, fashion-forward, and sustainable activewear for men, women, and kids through curated marketplaces and our own D2C platform.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management & Strategy

  • Daily planning, posting & content coordination across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube).
  • Collaborate with creative & marketing teams for content strategy.
  • Align social media with product launches, campaigns, and brand tone.
  • Track trends, platform updates & audience conversations.
  • Analyse metrics and optimise strategy accordingly.
  • Lead community engagement, campaigns, giveaways & UGC efforts.

Influencer Marketing & PR Coordination

  • Identify & manage collaborations with fashion, fitness, and lifestyle influencers.
  • Handle barter deals, paid partnerships, and campaign briefings.
  • Oversee PR package creation, dispatch, and stylist coordination for celebrity placements.
  • Maintain performance database & track influencer ROI.

Brand Events & Activations

  • Plan creative fitness-based brand activations (society takeovers, gym/pop-up events).
  • Coordinate vendors, logistics, and live social coverage.
  • Ensure brand visibility and event follow-ups online.

Celebrity & Stylist Liaison

  • Collaborate with stylists for celebrity product placements.
  • Curate looks, manage dispatches, and track press/image coverage.
  • Build strong relationships with stylists, fashion publicists & insiders.

Who You Are

  • Creative, organised & in tune with fashion, youth culture, and digital trends.
  • 1–3 years' experience in social media, influencer marketing, or fashion branding.
  • Strong communicator, multitasker & relationship builder.
  • Passionate about the blend of fashion, fitness, and celebrity culture.
  • A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative teams.
