The Role

This isn't a typical role — you'll work directly with the founders across functions, solving real business problems as they come. Think strategy, ops, growth, and execution — all rolled into one.

You'll need to be analytical, organised, hands-on, and comfortable switching gears quickly. If you're someone who enjoys being a generalist and wants an inside look into how a high-growth startup runs — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Special Projects: Lead and support high-impact, cross-functional projects — from new product launches to ops/process improvements.
  • Founder Support: Help prioritise their time — prep notes, follow-ups, research, and execution support.
  • Business Ops: Build trackers, dashboards, and SOPs that drive alignment across functions.
  • Strategy & Insights: Deep dive into data, run quick analyses, create crisp decks — drive decisions with clarity.
  • Cross-team Coordination: Keep projects on track by liaising across teams — from supply chain to marketing.
What We're Looking For
  • 1–3 years of experience in consulting, startups, VC, or similar fast-paced roles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills — you think in first principles and execute fast.
  • High ownership and adaptability — you're the kind of person who figures things out.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides.
  • Bonus if you've worked in consumer/D2C/early-stage environments.
