About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and driven professional to lead ourGift Cards and Partnershipsinitiatives. This role is critical in driving user acquisition, revenue growth, and brand reach through strategic collaborations and gift card initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesGift Cards Streamline and optimize thegift card ecosystem— from setup to redemption and scale it as akey revenue and user acquisition channel Define, implement, and refine scalable SOPs for the entire program lifecycle (creation, sales, redemption, and support) Collaborate closely withTech, Product, and Financeteams to enhance the gift card platform, improve user experience, and resolve any operational bottlenecks. Design promotions to maximize sales and ROI. Continuously monitor performance metrics to identify and act on growth opportunities.Partnerships Identify, pitch, and onboardbrand partnerswith strong audience alignment to driveuser acquisition and brand awareness. Conductmarket research and competitive benchmarkingto identify high-impact partnership opportunities. Manageend-to-end partner relationships— from negotiation and onboarding to execution and reporting. Trackweekly performance, ensure deliverables are met, and flag risks proactively to maintain operational efficiency. Drivebarter and affiliate partnerships, optimizing acrossCPM, CPI, and CPAmodels to meet ROI targets. Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and growth teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.Qualifications 2-3 years of experience inpartnerships, strategic alliancesroles withnew-ageconsumer brands. Negotiation Skills: A master negotiator with a track record of successfully closing and managing high-value deals. Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to track metrics, analyze complex data (proficient in Excel/Google Sheets), and translate insights into action. Ownership & Drive: A highly organized, resilient, and self-motivated individual with a strong "bias for action" and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. Communication: Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate value and build consensus across teams. Highlyorganized, self-motivated, and resilient, with abias for actionand accountability. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic work environment.
