The Operations Manager will oversee and manage daily operations, ensuring seamless fuel delivery services and optimizing operational processes.The role requires attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a focus on continuous improvement to enhance service Manage end-to-end B2B last-mile delivery operations.- Lead and supervise field teams, fleet operators, and supervisors.- Oversee entire delivery; route optimization and timelines.- Handle client coordination, resolve operational issues, and manage escalations.- Track KPIs and prepare operational reports and dashboards.- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.Key Requirements:- Strong knowledge of last-mile logistics and fleet management.- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.- Proficiency in Excel and operational reporting.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
